On 3/12 majority people expressed no to US base realignment plan in referendum. I would like US government to face our intention seriously and also I would like US press to see and introduce this issue to US people much more. It is very natural for Iwakuni people to vote against the plan to host additional US warplanes because it must force them terrible noise which they will not be able to endure. We know how noise extremely and severer for people's life well so just watching the tv news picture in Atsugi where US warplanes are practicing "touch and go" everynight now. It must happen so hard noise. I think you can imagine easily that there are living not only ordinary tough body people but also sleeping many babies and pregnant women and not a few sick people under noisy warplanes. This is the torture not environmental pollution, what legalized by the JP-US Security Treaty.



Abe Shinzo, Chief Cabinet Secretary and a one of the most shameless person said that JP government never change the policy to support US troops realignment project including a plan to host 57 more warplanes into Iwakuni from Atsugi. He said that this is the matter of government what should be excluded local residents, and so this is the holy promise between two nations, Japan and United States. What is the nonsense talking. Nation is not the prime minister's official residence. It must not be concluded on paper. The execution of this policy includes real peoples burden and pain. Abe's attitude has no mind to care the people who live on the land where to be suffered the real damage by US troops realignment. Also Katayama Toranosuke, one of executive members of LDP and a more shameless politician said that the result of Iwakuni referendum is the egoism of resident.

So stupid. I doubt he understands what he said. Why is it possible to say this expression is the egoism of residents ? What happens such crazy logic ? I can never understand. Katayama should better move to new house into US base camp near close to landing gear in Futenma or Atsugi or Misawa asap. If he does that actually then his logic will be secured. Do not say senseless thing anymore. This comment shows how Japanese politician in administration does not have the sense of democracy that sovereignty resides in the people. It seems that they suppose they are some kind of feudalistic rulers themselves, who have freehand to do any tyranny and look upon Japanese citizens as submissive farmers in Tokugawa age 200 years ago. Politicians in administration have abused to the people with same vicious slander, who protest nuclear electric power plant building.

Some people say it is necessary for Japan to defend against North Korea threat, so that replacing warplanes form Atsugi to Iwakuni means countermeasure preparation for North Korea missile. But I can not accept this idea. I think this is only a trick reason to justify warplanes realignment. Because Air-Self-Defense-Force have already have dozens of warplanes and deployed to western bases. Once government declared that if North Korea pours fuel into Tepodong missile JASDF warplanes will take off to do pinpoint attack immediately. We have enough defensive power against North Korean missile threat in ourselves so we do not need US airplanes anymore. No need US military support for North Korea matter. In the beginning North Korea' nuclear missile does not have the meanings of military power. It has the meanings of politics purely, so it is not a weapon for war but simply a card of diplomacy.

It is the substance of Tepodong missile. And more some people might say that it needs for China military threat. But I think no need too, because China is a friendly nation for us also for US. There is no reason to do war against China. Anyway the will of Iwakuni people was made clear. This is the first. The next will come soon.
